The present general conditions regulate the contracting of SLATE and other services and products of the brand OVER THE HOOP (owned by the entity Mupelei Educa, S.L.) through the website www.sobreelaro.com as well as its use. The present conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Mupelei Educa, S.L. (owner OVER THE HOOP) and the User who contracts the service of blackboards OVER THE HOOP.
OUR SLATES AND OTHER PRODUCTS
SOBRE EL ARO offers its users the possibility of custom manufacturing any of its slates, as well as other products and services related to sports, especially basketball.
SOBRE EL ARO offers different types of boards, articles and complementary services that are contracted online:
PRICE
The prices applicable to each type of product are those indicated on the website at the date of the order. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
The bids shall be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the bid price.
SOBRE EL ARO may make such modifications as it deems appropriate at any time, depending on its needs and market conditions.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The prices of the products are in euros (€) and include VAT. Prices are valid except for typographical errors, or end of stock.
Sales made by www.sobreelaro.com are subject to Spanish law with the consequent payment of the corresponding taxes.
Registration at www.sobreelaro.com is free of charge. The purpose of the registration is to send you products, your invoicing and to offer you the best offers via e-mail. The user has no obligation to be registered and can unsubscribe at any time. Registering allows us to provide a more personalized service. The information we receive when you register will be completely confidential and no outsiders will have access to this information.
The photographs illustrating the products do not fall within the scope of the contract and cannot give rise to any commitment on the part of www.sobreelaro.com.
www.sobreelaro.com reserves the right, at any time and unilaterally, to modify the price of the products and services offered through its Web site.
At the time of formalization of the order, once accepted, as well as the conditions of purchase, it is understood that the customer’s consent is given for the validity and effectiveness of the contract of sale that binds the parties.
Access to the website is free of charge except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the users. Certain services are exclusive to our clients and their access is restricted.
The use of the website, attributes the condition of USER of the same (hereinafter, the ‘User’) and implies acceptance of all conditions included in this Legal Notice. MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF SERVICES
At www.sobreelaro.com we are sure that you will be delighted with our services, but if at any time you need to make changes to your order, you can do so by sending an email to teams@sobreelaro.com explaining your reasons for the change to assess whether the change is possible due to production dates or if it is not possible because it is already manufactured or shipped.
If you need to cancel a cancellation, you can always do so within 24 hours of placing the order, after which time you will be charged for the contracted services.
The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return: www.sobreelaro.com will not accept returns of products that have been tampered with by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging, or those items that are returned incomplete (both in their main elements and accessories), or products that have been used.
www.sobreelaro.com will not refund the amount or resend any merchandise until the reception and condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned product have been verified.
The price to be refunded is the price originally stated on the order, excluding shipping costs.
- The right of withdrawal shall not apply outside the specified period.
- Defective product: A defective product shall be understood as all those items purchased within the last 6 months. www.sobreelaro.com in this case will manage the change of the product immediately, after an assessment by our professionals and the supplier brands themselves. The exchange will always be made for another article or reference, or in exchange for a Voucher for the value of the defective product. In no case will the amount be refunded.
- Product that by mistake does not correspond to the one ordered: www.sobreelaro.com will bear the cost of collection of the wrong product and delivery of the product corresponding to the one ordered.
MODIFICATION OF INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
www.sobreelaro.com reserves all rights to trademarks, trade names or other distinctive signs, patents, and intellectual property, with respect to the content and design of the website.
All contents of the website, including but not limited to, texts, graphics, images, design and intellectual property rights that may correspond to such content, as well as trademarks, trade names or any other distinctive sign are the property of www.sobreelaro.com and all rights are reserved.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

RESERVATION FORM
The reservation form that appears on the website http://www.sobreelaro.com to be completed by the User, contains the data that Mupelei Educa, S.L. needs to formalize the rental of the lockers ordered from the products contracted www.sobreelaro.com by the User as well as to comply with the contractual obligations that will be derived for the parties of the locker service that the User, if any, hires.
The User guarantees that all information regarding his/her identity and the reservation provided is true, accurate and complete.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the use of certain services or requests addressed to www.sobreelaro.com are conditioned to the prior completion of the corresponding User registration. In such registration, the User shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the User may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use of it.
All information provided by the User through the forms of the Portal for the above purposes or any other must be truthful and lawful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided and will keep the information provided to www.sobreelaro.com perfectly updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to www.sobreelaro.com for the information provided.
The personal data provided will be used to manage the order, as well as the shipment to the recipient and to comply with the obligations arising for the parties of the service www.sobreelaro.com is entitled to process the personal data provided in the contracting process by the User as necessary for the provision of the service. These General Conditions are governed by Spanish Law. The parties submit to Spanish jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement.
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its ends by Spanish law, expressly waiving the parties to the jurisdiction that corresponds to them, and submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Seville.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of www.sobreelaro.com to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through it.
